Customer’s Allocation definition

Customer’s Allocation means the water allocation for the Regulated Area held by the Customer as stated in the Customer’s Schedule as amended under clause 17 and includes each additional water allocation of the Customer which ROL Holder has agreed, under clause 17, may be the subject of this Agreement.
Customer’s Allocation means the interest in a Water Entitlement for the Regulated Area or an Additional Contract, the particulars of which are stated in item 2 and 3 of the Customer’s Schedule. Customer’s Maximum Delivery Volume means the actual volume of water to which the Customer is entitled, at a specific time, for the Customer’s Allocation, under the Water Plan, the Resource Operations Licence and the Water Act.
Customer’s Allocation has the meaning given to it in the Customer’s ROL Contract.

Examples of Customer’s Allocation in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Schedule E shall be construed as preventing the Parties from entering into other agreements for an alternative arrangement for the Authority to meet the Annual REC Percentage Target with respect to the Customer’s Allocation, including but not limited to Customer self-supply of RECs, alternative REC compliance programs and cost allocation mechanisms, in lieu of the Monthly REC Charge provided in this Schedule E (collectively, “Alternative REC Compliance Program”).

  • The Contract Demand for the Customer’s Allocation may be modified by the Authority if the amount of Firm Power and Firm Energy available for sale as EP or RP from the Project is modified as required to comply with any ruling, order, or decision of any regulatory or judicial body having jurisdiction, including but not limited to FERC.

  • Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall be in addition to any NYISO Charges or Taxes (each as defined herein) incurred by the Authority with respect to the Customer’s Allocation.

  • The Contract Demand for the Customer’s Allocation may be modified by the Authority if the amount of Firm Power and Firm Energy available for sale as PP from the Project is modified as required to comply with any ruling, order, or decision of any regulatory or judicial body having jurisdiction, including but not limited to FERC.

  • At the hearing, the Customer shall be given the opportunity to show cause why Customer’s Allocation should not be reduced.

  • Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall be in addition to any NYISO Charges or Taxes (each as defined herein) incurred by the Authority with respect to the Customer’s Allocation, and any other charges provided in this Service Tariff, the Agreement or the Rules.

  • Any such recapture of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy shall result in a reduction of the Customer’s Allocation to the extent of the recapture.

  • Any portion of Customer’s Allocation, or all of Customer’s Allocation, as the case may be, the Authority determines to be excess shall be recaptured by the Authority.

  • Where any details are to be included in the Customer’s Schedule then, if not so included, the relevant details shall be deemed to be those appearing for the Customer in the register that records the details of the Customer’s Allocation.

  • Customer’s pro-rata share will be equal to Customer’s Allocation as compared to all Customer Allocations.

Related to Customer’s Allocation

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:

  • Reais Allocation Date means, with respect of any Reais Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Reais Transfer Date.

  • Loss Allocation Limitation As defined in Section 4.4(g).
