Customer Support Representative definition

Customer Support Representative shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 5 of this Contract.
Customer Support Representative. (“CSR”) is a utility system professional delivering non-technical customer service, enrollment, service connection/disconnection ordering, monthly payment, and sales related services. “Employment Action” includes hiring, firing, performance evaluations, pay rates and benefits (including holidays and other time off), and disciplinary action.
