Customer Support Program definition

Customer Support Program means the program discussed in Section 13 of this Agreement.
Customer Support Program means the program governing the treatment of certain Warranty Claims in accordance with the terms of the Customer Support Program Manual and Article III.C.7 hereof, which shall be in form and substance materially consistent with the Plan and the Purchaser Settlement Term Sheet and otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Debtors, the Committee, and Purchaser, and included as an exhibit to the Plan Supplement.

Examples of Customer Support Program in a sentence

  • The Customer Support Program will be based upon and equivalent to the entitlements summarized below.

Related to Customer Support Program

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.
