Customer Support Contacts definition

Customer Support Contacts means named authorized users designated to serve as the first line of support for Oracle who will work with EIS’ technical support team on support requests.
Customer Support Contacts means the number of individuals designated by Customer and trained in the Service who will be authorized to report Problems to Model N in accordance with the applicable support tier indicated in the table below: Standard Support Enhanced Support Premium Support

  • The Customer Support Contacts may initiate a Support case by emailing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • Customer agrees that all Support Service inquiries from Customer’s individual users will be directed to the Customer Support Contacts and, to the maximum extent practicable, Customer’s communications with TopQuadrant for Support Services will be through the Customer Support Contacts.

  • The Customer Support Contacts may be changed from time to time upon written notice from Customer to TopQuadrant.

  • TopQuadrant will make telephone hotline support available to the Customer Support Contacts for questions regarding the use of only the most current standard version, and the immediately prior standard version, of the Software released by TopQuadrant, and to help the Customer Support Contacts to resolve problems with such Software (“Telephone Support”).

  • The Customer is limited to two (2) Authorised Customer Support Contacts per Subscription Term, with one (1) additional Authorised Customer Support Contact for each fifty (50) Permitted Users of the Service.

  • A Support Case can be logged by any one of the Authorised Customer Support Contacts.

  • If the Customer experiences any problem with any Product or otherwise desires technical support assistance from GenMark concerning any Product, then the Customer promptly and without delay will have one of its Customer Support Contacts report such problem or request such assistance by calling the above listed telephone number (or such other number of which GenMark notifies the Customer).

  • The Customer Support Contacts may initiate a Support case by emailing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or calling (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ .

  • Model N will provide Customer with a web-based portal that is designed to be accessed directly via the internet for the purpose of submitting Problem Reports by authorized Customer Support Contacts.

  • User may cancel its User Account at any time by withdrawing all balances and contacting customer support at Customer Support Contacts.
