Customer service site definition
Customer service site means the land shown hatched on sheets 1 and 2 of the plan numbered LEGL./98–74 and lodged in the Central Plan Office but does not include any part of that land which is part of the Link road;
Customer service site means the land defined on the registered plan OP121866 as Crown Allotment 14C section 103, Parish of Melbourne South, City of South Melbourne, being land which, for the purposes of clause 4.7(c), is necessary for the Company to have possession of in order for the Company and the Trustee to perform their obligations and exercise their rights under this Deed and the Leases.18 "Customer Service Site Lease" is the lease by the State to the Company substantially in the form of Exhibit D.5 (annexed but as that form may be amended prior to execution of the lease by agreement between the State and the Company) in accordance with clause 4.7A.19
