Customer Servers definition

Customer Servers means the servers which are either owned or controlled by the Customer.
Customer Servers means servers or computer system(s) owned or operated by Customer. "Documentation" means any written documentation accompanying the Product provided to Customer, including this Agreement and any accompanying Schedules.

Examples of Customer Servers in a sentence

  • LightEdge reserves the right to limit availability of Service even if suitable network transport exists between LightEdge and Customer Server(s).

  • The availability of Service is dependent on existence of a suitable network transport from LightEdge Service platform to Customer Server(s).

  • LightEdge recommends utilizing this Service for backing up Customer Servers.

  • Only Customer Servers listed in this Agreement or that are pursuant to an applicable Change Order are covered by the terms of this Agreement.

  • Customer agrees not to install Software Products on Customer Servers without the written permission of Logically.

  • Any Personal Data used within the Software is solely running on servers managed by the Customer and Leapwork has no access to any Personal Data used with the Software on Customer Servers.

  • Any Software Publisher license on Customer Servers located at Customer’s onsite location shall be limited to the applicable Software Publisher licensing program (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server licensing only), and such Software Publisher licensing does not include licensing for any other products that may be present on Customer’s Server.

  • For Products installed on Customer Servers (e.g., [***]), MEDecision will not be responsible for any failure to meet the Services Level Targets set forth in this Section 6 for any items outside of MEDecision’s control, including items that are [***].

  • The Service Levels set forth in this Section 6 apply to Products installed on Customer Servers as well as those installed at MEDecision’s ASP facility.

  • Software Publisher licensing does not extend to any other Customer Servers or devices that may be present on Customer’s network.
