Customer Securities definition

Customer Securities means Securities carried by the Debtor for the account of any customer within the meaning of Rules 8c-1 and 15c2-1 of the Securities and Exchange Commission and any proceeds thereof and interest and dividends thereon.
Customer Securities means, at any time, Broker Collateral that is pledged at such time to the Bank to secure Customer Obligations.
Customer Securities means, at any time, Eligible Securities and Eligible ETFs that are pledged at such time to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Lenders to secure Customer Loan Obligations.

Examples of Customer Securities in a sentence

  • All Customer Loans shall be secured by Customer Securities and no Customer Securities will be substituted hereunder for Firm Securities.
