Customer Saving definition

Customer Saving means, in respect of a Premises and an Industry Charge Reduction Scheme, the reduction in (or rebate or credit in respect of) charges under the Supply Contract enjoyed by the Customer (exclusive of VAT) as a direct result of implementing the Delivery Method during the periods advised by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with Clause 5G Industry Charge Reduction Schemes).

Related to Customer Saving

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Supplier Profit means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the difference between the total Call Off Charges (in nominal cash flow terms but excluding any Deductions) and total Costs (in nominal cash flow terms) for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone;

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
