Customer returns definition

Customer returns means any aluminum product which is returned by a customer to the aluminum company that originally manufactured the product prior to resale of the product or further distribution in commerce, and which contains no paint or other solid coatings.

  • The Customer is liable for all Clearview Energy charges until the Customer returns to the EDC or another supplier.

  • If terminating for non-appropriations, Axon will not invoice Customer if Customer returns the TASER Device, rechargeable battery, holster, dock, core, training suits, and unused cartridges to Axon within thirty (30) days of the date of termination.
