Customer Returned Goods definition

Customer Returned Goods means returned merchandise, finished goods or inventory that were sold or delivered prior to the Closing to a customer and returned to Sellers after the Closing Date, to the extent such return is consistent with Seller's customary policies.

Examples of Customer Returned Goods in a sentence

  • Buyer agrees that Seller shall utilize components relating to customer returned goods ("Customer Returned Goods") to fulfill its obligations under this clause (ii).

  • Prior to delivery in accordance with the Delivery Schedule, Seller shall be obligated to store, at its sole cost and expense, all such Inventory MTs and Upgraded Customer Returned Goods.
