Customer Replaceable Unit definition

Customer Replaceable Unit means a hardware component which can be replaced by a non- technical person from the Company or End User without specialist tools;
Customer Replaceable Unit or “CRU” shall mean a part which is designated in Table C-12.1 to Exhibit C as a CRU, which is provided by IBM to Gap for replacement by Gap.
Customer Replaceable Unit or “CRU” means Consumables and trays where the Customer is responsible for providing the labor to physically change out the replacement part supplied by Lexmark.
