Customer Release definition

Customer Release has the meaning as defined in Section 5(a) of this Agreement.
Customer Release means the release of cGMP Product by Customer used in humans in accordance with Customer’s standard operating procedures, the Quality Agreement and cGMP. Such Customer Release shall be conducted by Customer through review of all appropriate documentation which signifies that the Product has been produced using approved processes, in compliance with appropriate regulations, including but not limited to, cGMP, and meets the established specifications including the Manufacturer’s Release Specifications.
Customer Release has the meaning given in Clause 7.1. “[***] Date” means the date Customer Release is given regarding a Batch or [***] days after Lonza Release, whichever comes first.

Examples of Customer Release in a sentence

  • Customer shall arrange for shipment and take delivery of such Batch from the Facility, at Customer’s expense, within [***] ([***]) days after Customer Release or pay applicable storage costs.

  • Final payment under this Agreement shall not be made until successful completion and acceptance of the work by the Customer and when requested by Customer Release and Certificate Form, the form of which shall be provided to Supplier at the time of the request.

  • Release preparation Customer Release preparation to ready the agency for production use of the system.

Customer Release means the final release of a Batch of Product by VERSARTIS as set forth in the QAA.

Related to Customer Release

  • Major Release means a major update or upgrade to the Software, which includes significant enhancements and/or a major redesign of the Software, identified by Bosch by a change to the first digit in the release number (e.g. change from version 2.0 to 3.0).

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software that RSA makes generally available to its customers who are current on their Maintenance Services fees but does not mean new Software.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Minor Release means an incremental release of Software that provides maintenance fixes and additional Software functions. Cisco designates Minor releases as a change in the tenths digit of the Software version number [x.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
