Customer Proxy definition
Customer Proxy generally means the entity that receives notices (e.g. OFOs, OMOs, SFO, etc), receives bills, and controls the gas bank account. Specifically, “Responsible Party” shall mean the Customer in circumstances described in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the “Shipper” definition, and the Natural Gas Supplier in circumstances described by paragraph 4 of the “Shipper” definition.
