Customer-provided Software definition

Customer-provided Software means an HP determined eligible Software product provided by Customer for MPS.
Customer-provided Software means any software which is provided by Customer, whether or not proprietary to
Customer-provided Software means any and all software which Customer agrees to provide and make available to RIT for operation at the RIT data center or another RIT facility for use by RIT to provide the Services. Customer-Provided Software includes owned Customer Applications Software and Third- Party Software licensed by Customer. Current Third-Party Software included in the Customer-Provided Software is listed and identified in Schedule 2.7. Customer-Provided Software may include, without limitation, both systems software and applications software packages which may be Customer Applications Software or Third-Party Software.

Examples of Customer-provided Software in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in Section 2.4 above in connection with Add-ons, Customer may not use any other Customer-provided Software in the Cloud Service, including on the operating system.

  • For all Services listed in this section, Customer acknowledges the following requirements in order to be eligible for server service(s) (“Service Services): Customer is required to have Customer-provided Equipment and Customer-provided Software covered under a valid maintenance contract with the original equipment/software manufacturer for 24x7x365 support with four (4) hour on-site response time.

  • For all Service(s) listed in this Section, Customer acknowledges the requirement to have Customer-provided Equipment and Customer-provided Software covered under a valid maintenance contract with the original equipment/software manufacturer or 24x7x365 support with four (4) hour onsite response time in order to be eligible for any Server Service(s).

  • Depending upon the specific Service(s) selected from sections (a)-(h) below, Customer acknowledges the requirement to have, as applicable, Customer-provided Equipment and Customer-provided Software covered under a valid maintenance contract with the original equipment/software manufacturer for 24 x 7 x 365 support with four (4) hour onsite response time in order to be eligible for this Service.

  • Software Installation Services include the one-time installation of Customer-provided Software products (provided such software products(s) are currently supported by the applicable software vendor) and do not include on-going support except as provided below.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Service Schedule, Customer shall be responsible for removal of Customer-provided Equipment and Customer-provided Software from the Space within thirty (30) days of such termination or expiration.

  • For the Services listed in this section, Customer acknowledges the requirement to have Customer-provided Equipment and Customer-provided Software covered under a valid maintenance contract with the original equipment/software manufacturer for 7x24x365 support with four (4) hour onsite response time in order to be eligible for Application Services.

  • For all Services(s) listed in this Section, Customer acknowledges the requirement to have Customer-provided Equipment and Customer-provided Software covered under a valid maintenance contract with the original equipment/software manufacturer for 24x7x365 support with four (4) hour onsite response time in order to be eligible for Application Services.

  • At its sole risk and expense Customer shall be responsible for installation of Customer-provided Software in the Space.

  • At its sole risk and expense, Customer shall be responsible for installation of Customer-provided Software in the Space.
