The Supplier shall issue to the Customer and each Organisation a Valid Invoice as set out in Item 7.1 above and Schedule 3 of this Contract for all monies recovered in respect to the Customer or Organisation (as the case may be) in arrears following deposit of all monies into the notified bank accounts.
The Potential Provider will perform data cleanse analysis on the Customer or Organisation’s Vendor Master File (as the case may be) indicating duplicate and dormant vendors if required by the Customer or Organisation (as the case may be); and on behalf of the Customer or an Organisation, recovering the spend identified through the exercise if required by the Customer or Organisation (as the case may be).
This Procurement is to establish a Provider who can provide spend recovery and related services, including the analysis of accounts payable systems, to the Customer and Organisations’ contracts or other data as requested by the Customer or Organisation (as the case may be) as specifically identified in this Specification of Requirements or otherwise in writing by the Customer.
