Customer or Organisation definition

Customer or Organisation means the legal entity or person that purchases the Service including any third-party products or solutions that are attached to or incorporated within the Service from the Company.

  • The Supplier shall issue to the Customer and each Organisation a Valid Invoice as set out in Item 7.1 above and Schedule 3 of this Contract for all monies recovered in respect to the Customer or Organisation (as the case may be) in arrears following deposit of all monies into the notified bank accounts.
