Customer MSA definition
Customer MSA means that Contract listed under the heading “Customer MSA” on Exhibit E.
Customer MSA means that Contract listed under the heading “Customer MSA” on E xhibit E. “Customer Receivables” means the accounts receivable set forth on E xhibit E.
Examples of Customer MSA in a sentence
Buyer shall not, and shall cause the Company not to, enter into any amendment to or modification of the Customer MSA prior to June 1, 2023 without the prior written consent of the Sellers.
Shutterstock shall be under no obligation to refund any fees paid by Customer in the event that any Customer MSA Account is terminated by reason of any such breach or breaches.
