Customer List Assets means all of Seller's data bases, customer lists, registration cards (whether current or prior) and customer account histories for customers or prospective customers of the Business, including, without limitation, all currently existing data regarding such customers and all other marketing, promotional and sales information, whether stored in written form, magnetic or electronic media or in any other form, that have been or now are related to the Business or that have been or now are used, developed or purchased in connection with the Business.
