Examples of Customer Lands in a sentence
Electric Energy provided by CMH to Customer hereunder may not be resold, supplied or transferred by Customer to any Person; provided that, CMH acknowledges that certain of the containers located on the Customer Lands are owned by third parties and any Electric Energy that is consumed by these containers does not constitute a resale, supply or transfer to any Person for the purposes of this Section.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Electric System is owned, operationally controlled and managed by CMH and that nothing in this Agreement will be construed as granting to Customer any right of ownership, operational control or management of the Electric System and the Customer acknowledges that any part making up the Electric System located at the Data Centre will not be considered a fixture to the Data Centre or the Customer Lands.
The Customer, acting reasonably, may disallow the entrance of CMH personnel to the Customer Lands if there is a reasonable perception of risk to security of persons or property at the Data Centre or Customer Lands and provided that any timelines under this Agreement will be delayed until such time that the CMH personnel are admitted entrance to the Electric System on the Customer Lands.
