Customer Interfaces definition

Customer Interfaces means processes, procedures or methods which provide access, functionality, interaction, inputs or outputs between a Customer and the Service Provider (or by or on behalf of the Service Provider for TfL or an Other Service Provider in connection with the Services), including without limitation: (i) any graphical, textual and auditory presentation or control sequences for Software; (ii) any Systems, communication path or other modality; (iii) any Software or Hardware functionality, settings or configurations or other modes; or (iv) relevant Software, Hardware and Systems;
Customer Interfaces has the meaning specified in Section 4.20(c).

  • Customer agrees that it shall prohibit each Platform Customer from allowing End Users to download any Data from the Platform Customer Interface in any form whatsoever; provided, however, that the End User may save up to [**] specific listings per session to an address book in the End User's personal cell phone, personal digital assistant ("PDA"), PC or other device enabling access to the Platform Customer Interfaces for such End User's personal use only.

  • The Customer Interfaces have been completed to the reasonable satisfaction of Buyer such that the Business Customers can be transitioned to Buyer at Closing.
