The Customer shall establish and maintain reasonable security and control over all such Customer IDs and Passwords.
Such access is accomplished by entering a unique Customer identification ("Customer ID(s)") and passwords ("Password(s)") assigned to the Customer by Transfer Agent.

Customer is solely responsible for monitoring, supervising and terminating, when appropriate, its Authorized Customer User access to TROJAN DIGITAL SERVICES.
Vendor reserves the right (but shall not have any obligation) to request that Customer designate in writing those employees or agents of Customer which may authorize establishment of Customer IDs on Vendor’s system.
