Customer Facility Charge definition

Customer Facility Charge or “CFC” means the charge established by Section 37.11 of the Revised Code of General Ordinances of the City of Dayton, which charge must be collected by Operator from its Customers and submitted to the City.

More Definitions of Customer Facility Charge

Customer Facility Charge or “CFC” shall mean “Customer Facility Charge as that term is defined in California Government Code § 50474.21(a) as it may be amended from time to time.
