During the Term, Concessionaire shall collect a Customer Facility Charge, together with any applicable sales taxes thereon, from each Airport Customer of Concessionaire pursuant to Section 2-122 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances and Chapter 39 of the Broward County Administrative Code, as each may be amended ("Customer Facility Charge(s)").
The Operator shall maintain records and controls which are sufficient to demonstrate the correctness of the Customer Facility Charge proceeds collected by the Operator and the amount of Customer Facility Charge proceeds paid to the Port.
Lessee shall maintain records and controls which are sufficient to demonstrate the correctness of the Customer Facility Charge revenue collected by Lessee and the amount of Customer Facility Charge revenue paid to Lessor.
