Customer Extensions means any configurations, business model flows and report designs created by Customer and its Authorized Users by using the standard functionality embedded in the Licensed Software, to the extent reflecting or based upon Confidential Information of Customer or its Affiliates.

Examples of Customer Extensions in a sentence

  • You agree to assume full responsibility for the performance and distribution of Customer Extensions.

  • If Customer allows end users of Customer Extensions to modify or distribute the Customer Extensions, Customer shall limit such modification or distribution to use with the designated Software or Exasol Extension only, and will flow down the conditions in (x) and (y) above to end users of Customer Extensions.
