Customer Discount definition

Customer Discount means, collectively, any promotional or negotiated discount, offered by Microsoft to Company solely for the benefit of a Customer. If Microsoft provides Company with a Customer Discount for a State-Owned Enterprise or Government Customer, Company must ensure that the Customer Discount is passed through for the benefit of the Customer. This also means that the Company’s price to the Customer may not exceed the Maximum Resell Price. “Maximum Resell Price” is the total estimated retail price for the Products less the applicable Customer Discount.
Customer Discount means either a Product Fee reduction , collectively, (i) anyincluding but not limited to promotional or negotiated discounts, offered by Microsoft to Company solely for the benefit of a Customer; or (ii) made to a Product Fee prior to its inclusion on a Price List specifically designated for and available only to Education Customers. If Microsoft provides Company with a Customer Discount for a Public Customer, then Company must ensure that anythe Customer Discount intended for a Public Customer is passed through tofor the benefit of the Public Customer. . This also means For pricing that includes a Customer Discount, that the resale price to athe Public Customer for prices attributed to Microsoft Products may not exceed the Maximum Resale Price. “Maximum Resale Price” means eitheris the total estimated retail price for each Microsoft Products less the applicable Customer Discount under (i) above, or the estimated retail price for each Microsoft Product under (ii) above.
Customer Discount means the discount off the Cover Price at which Publisher directs Warner to bill ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇tomers for copies of the Publication(s). Publisher agrees that the Customer Discount shall remain the same as that prior to this agreement, unless Publisher and Warner's customer(s) agree otherwise in writing to be furnished to Warner.

More Definitions of Customer Discount

Customer Discount means the percentage off of the Cover Price of the Publications that Publisher directs TWR to provide to Publisher’s customers.
