Customer Developer definition

Customer Developer means any employee, contractor, or agent of Customer (or any Customer Affiliates) to whom Software (or any component thereof) is made available for access or use.
Customer Developer means any employee, contractor, or agent of Customer (or any Customer Affiliates) to whom Software (or any component thereof) is made available for access or use. Solely with regard to Custom Software and provided that Customer’s customer has a valid license for the applicable Commercially Released Software, Customer’s customer will be considered a Developer or Customer Developer to which Custom Software (or any component thereof) may be made available for access or use. For certain Software (as indicated in this Agreement and/or the applicable Documentation), no contractor or agent use is permitted unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or a separate contractor license is obtained.

Examples of Customer Developer in a sentence

  • Using the License Manager Tool, a single Floating License token can be checked out by a Customer Developer for development activities or the token may be checked out on a Build Server for the duration of a single Build on the Build Server.

  • Every Customer Developer must check out a Floating License token during development activities to be properly “licensed” to access and use SDP, whether such development activities are taking place on Developer System or on a Build Server.

  • Access to customer resources within a Managed Production Environment is authorized through RFCs, while access to customer resources in a Managed Non-production Environment is authorized through RFC and, optionally, through a specialized Customer Developer IAM role (“Developer Mode”) upon request.

  • Upon request from any Customer, Developer shall promptly provide to such Customer copies of digital images of the Facility showing the Facility during construction and as constructed.

  • Following completion of the Website and final acceptance by the Customer, Developer shall be permitted to list the Customer and the Customer’s Website on Developer’s Website and in any of its marketing and advertising as having been developed by the Developer.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner and Interconnection Customer Developer shall cooperate in good faith with respect to the submission of such request.

  • Interconnection Customer Developer shall submit a completed copy of the Large Generating Facility data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures.
