Customer Dependency definition

Customer Dependency means an obligation on the Customer in relation to access to and / or use of the Offering (or any part of it) which shall be notified to the Customer prior to agreeing a Product Order Form;
Customer Dependency means any obligation of the Customer stated in a SOW where the timely fulfilment of such obligation is necessary for Logicalis to perform the Services either within any time periods stated in the SOW or at all.
