At the time of such request, EESI shall indicate to Customer the quantity of Energy (the "Customer Curtailment Quantity") that EESI is requesting that Customer curtail and the amount of the Customer Curtailment Payment.

If Customer in its sole discretion agrees to so curtail its consumption at such Accounts in accordance with such request, EESI will confirm the quantity of energy to be curtailed and the Customer Curtailment Payment to Customer in writing.
