Customer Controls definition

Customer Controls means the controls, including security features and functionalities, that the Services provide.

Examples of Customer Controls in a sentence

  • The Customer may only transmit the Customer Controls for the purposes set out in the Operational Control Agreement or Schedule 1.

  • Subject to the parties having an applicable Operational Control Agreement, the Customer may transmit, and Transpower must accept and execute, the Customer Controls through the Customer Link from the Start Date for the Customer Controls.

  • The Parties agree the terms of this Section 12.3 Print and Mail Exclusivity shall only be applicable to Affiliates (as defined in Schedule A) that Customer Controls (as defined in Schedule A).
