Customer Collections definition

Customer Collections means all payments made on or with respect to (a) the Customer Contracts (including, without limitation, (i) all amounts payable to the Contract Holder in connection with a termination of a Customer Contract (“Termination Amounts”) and (ii) all amounts payable by Customers in connection with Customer Contracts which NuCO2 (if NuCO2 is the counterparty to that Customer Contract) or the applicable Securitization Entity (if such Securitization Entity is the counterparty or assignee to that Customer Contract) designates as deposits made pursuant thereto (the “Customer Deposits”)), (b) the Ancillary Revenues and (c) all reimbursements from third parties with respect to sales taxes, property taxes or other taxes and fees advanced by any of the Securitization Entities on behalf of such third parties.

Examples of Customer Collections in a sentence

  • Within three (3) Business Days after receiving direction from the Required Lenders, each of the Agent and the Borrower (acting at the direction of the Agent) shall sever itself as a “Beneficiary” under the Customer Collections Account Administration Agreement (the “Customer Collections Account Administration Agreement Severance”) in accordance with Section 11(c) thereof and deliver the Payment Notice/Lessor Rights Notice to any and all Lessees with respect to any and all of the Portfolio Leases.

  • The related Customer Agreement has not been amended, waived, extended, or modified in any material respect except (i) for change orders made in the ordinary course of business or (ii) in compliance with the Customer Collections Policy (including pursuant to a Payment Facilitation Agreement) or Service Transfer Policy.

  • The Master Manager acknowledges and agrees that all Customer Collections shall be the property of the Contract Holder.
