Customer Change Request definition

Customer Change Request means a change to the Services as subscribed by Customer, which involves the Use of any additional functionality or the adjustment of an existing functionality (e.g. languages, interfaces or documentation).
Customer Change Request means Customer’s written request for a change to the terms of a SOW or electrical or mechanical change to the Product that affects the form, fit, function or maintainability of the Product.

Examples of Customer Change Request in a sentence

  • A separate Change Order will be required for each Customer Change Request but a Customer Change Request may include multiple changes; and each Change Order will become subject to this Agreement when signed by Lonza and Customer.

  • Within ten (10) Business Days following the date of Lonza’s receipt of a Customer Change Request, Lonza shall deliver a Change Order document that: (i) assesses the impact of the change on the schedule and price, and (ii) incorporates a description of the requested change and the cost therefor.

  • To the extent Cheetah can accommodate a Customer Change Request, Cheetah shall provide Customer with a quote and scope for the Change Request.

  • Customer shall conform to Company’s change control process (“Change Control Process”), including the use of and conformance with Company’s standard Customer Change Request Form required by Company.

  • If Customer notifies Lonza not to proceed within the Response Period, then the Customer Change Request shall be deemed withdrawn and Lonza shall take no further action in respect of it.

  • If Customer’s decision on a Decision Request affects the Services specified in the Project Plan, then Customer shall issue a Customer Change Request and such Customer Change Request shall be subject to the procedures specified in Clause 3.5(b)-(c).
