CUSTOMER CATEGORY definition

CUSTOMER CATEGORY means the category designated for the Customer with respect to this Agreement by AEF on the Conversion Commitment Date pursuant to Section 9.02(e) and in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Annexes attached hereto.
CUSTOMER CATEGORY means the classification of different types of customers for the purposes of charging retail tariffs. The classification should have regard to customers’ manner of active energy and capacity measuring, manner of electricity consumption, peak load, supply voltage, and other characteristics that impact on the cost of supply;
