Customer Cash definition

Customer Cash means all client account balances and other cash sums belonging or referable to customers or potential customers of the Business which are held by or deposited with the Partnership and/or the Vendors as deposits for, or advance or instalment payments in relation to, any Business Contract or so held or deposited in relation to any future contract or order which any such customer may place with the Business in the future;
