Customer Care Services definition

Customer Care Services has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.3 of the Services Agreement.
Customer Care Services means call center support for all of the following Services, or such other list of Services to which Manager and Sprint Spectrum agree in writing, and their successors and functional equivalents if they are combined, replaced, modified or renamed, all as provided to subscribers (including, if applicable, subscribers of resellers) with NPA-NXXs assigned to Manager's Service Area:
Customer Care Services shall have the meaning set forth in 5.15(a).

Examples of Customer Care Services in a sentence

  • In the event that a Roaming Customer has an enquiry relating to the amount billed during roaming, the Roaming Customer shall resolve this query with his home Customer Care Services.

  • In the event that mobile equipment is lost, stolen, or faulty, the Roaming Customer shall be asked to contact his home Customer Care Services.

  • In the event that the Customer Care Services of one Party has a query concerning potential faults of the other Party’s Public Mobile Network, then the Customer Care Services shall contact the contact point defined below.

  • The customer care services of Operator B will provide the first point of contact but may refer the Roaming Customer to WIND HELLAS’ Customer Care Services if appropriate.

  • In the event that a SIM and/or USIM-card is lost or stolen, the Roaming Customer shall be asked to contact his home Customer Care Services.

Customer Care Services means those services consisting of (a) switching the Company customers from their existing utilities or service provider to the Company and account set-up; and (b) meter, ▇▇▇▇, collect and response functions, including applicable Internet services when available.
Customer Care Services means the services a Supplier provides to its customers to respond to customer inquiries and problems, by toll-free number of Internet service, or both.
Customer Care Services has the meaning given in Section 1 (Definitions) of Schedule 6 (Inbound Roaming Schedule).
Customer Care Services means the Services provided by Government Outreach or Third Party Providers pursuant to Government Outreach's then-current Customer Care Services Policy.
