Customer Billing Information means the information set out in Sections 1, 5 and 6 of the DSA and the Direct Credit Authorisation Form (if any) submitted by the Customer to SECOM Smart. CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE (“CCC”) : shall mean the facility where a Signal from the Equipment is received and where Customer inquiries are handled.
