Customer App(s) definition

Customer App(s) means Customer's software application, consisting of a standalone executable program identified by name that contains or is based on castLabs Products and designed to connect to Customer’s backend servers and deliver Content to End Users.
Customer App(s) means Customer’s software-as-a-service or on-premises services, data processing applications, warehouses, or standalone databases connected, or to be connected, to the Products, whether owned by Customer or licensed or subscribed to from a third-party provider.
Customer App(s) means those app(s) owned and operated by or on behalf of Customer or a Customer’s Affiliate that are listed on an Order Form and on which Customer implements the Script(s), pursuant to and in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Customer will support OKKAMI by providing all necessary marketing, business and support material necessary to submit Customer Apps to the App Stores.

  • While OKKAMI will use its best efforts to inform, and work with, Customer regarding releases of updates to Customer Apps to the App Stores, OKKAMI reserves the right to make any updates and/or upgrades it deems necessary to maintain the security, stability, scalability and usability of Customer Apps on App Stores for Customer, and all customers of OKKAMI Apps.

  • Upon request OKKAMI can publish Customer Apps using Customer iOS and Android Apps, on Customers App Store accounts.

  • Customer understands and agrees that the Customer Apps will not function independently of the Jitterbit Platform and accordingly exported data only includes the managed Customer data - not the Customer App structure or schema.

  • Jitterbit is not responsible for any loss, alteration, unauthorized access or transmittal of data, to the extent resulting from Customer’s failure to safeguard User credentials, encrypt data outside the Platform, or Jitterbit’s compliance with Customer system configurations and instructions including settings related to the Customer Apps.

  • Contentsquare shall have no liability for: (i) any damage resulting from any integration by Customer of Script(s) with Customer Site(s) and SDK(s) with Customer App(s); (ii) any damage caused by errors or omissions in any information, instructions or scripts provided to Contentsquare by Customer in connection with this Agreement; or (iii) any content published on a Customer Site(s) or Customer App(s) by, or on behalf of, Customer or any actions taken by Contentsquare at Customer's direction.

  • The Customer is solely responsible and liable for Customer Apps, including any content therein, and acknowledges and agrees that Phygrid will not be liable for the correctness, contents, availability or function or any Customer App and that Phygrid has no responsibility for providing any support and maintenance as regards the Customer Apps to the Customer, any User or any third party.

  • As between the parties, Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to all Customer Apps, enhancements and modifications thereof and intellectual property rights therein; provided that no tools, software, computing resources or other components of the Services made available to Customer by MIS SIM SSO or its Affiliates shall be considered or become part of a Customer App.

  • While OKKAMI will use its best efforts to inform, and work with, Customer regarding releases of updates to Customer Apps to the App Stores, OKKAMI reserves the right to make any updates and/or upgrades it deems necessary to maintain the security, stability, scalability and usability of Customer Apps on App Stores for Customer, and all customers of OKKAMI Apps.

  • Where entitled to use the App Builder Application, Jitterbit grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Jitterbit Platform to make, use and run Customer Apps, and share Customer Apps with the authorized number of App Users during the Subscription Term.
