Customer approval means the time Provider receives verbal or written permission from Customer to initiate mitigation countermeasures. The “Time to Mitigate” goal will apply to Premium and Premium Plus DDoS Defense Services, and Basic DDoS Defense Services only when optional mitigation services have been purchased by Customer.
