Customer App definition

Customer App means an application, including any content therein, developed by the Customer or by OmboriGrid or any third party on behalf of the Customer.
Customer App means the Software and Third Party Programs licensed by Customer from Hoonuit and hosted for Customer by Hoonuit pursuant to an Order.
Customer App means any Customer-developed application that interfaces with the Service to provide access to User(s).

  • During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable limited license to integrate, copy and display the Customer Content solely in connection with the development and distribution of the Customer App for the sole purposes of making Customer Content available to Subscribers for their own private, non-commercial use via the Customer App.

  • Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
