Customer and Software Support shall only be provided for the most current release of the Software provided to Customer, and, for a period of 90 days after delivery of the most current release, of the previous release of the Software.
Phoenix shall not use such access for any reason other than to provide Customer and Software Support hereunder and to monitor the size, configuration, and performance of the Customer Network.
