Customer Advice definition

Customer Advice means any advices (excluding Portfolio Statements) relating to the first time linkage, amendment, termination, closure, delinkage, discontinuation, re-activation or any other activities relating to the MortgageOne Optimizer Services from time to time issued by the Bank in connection with the MortgageOne Optimizer Banking Arrangement;

Examples of Customer Advice in a sentence

  • The specific interest rate of a Loan will be confirmed in form of a Loan Drawdown Advice/Loan Customer Advice (or similar document) (the “Loan Advice”) to be issued by the Bank to the Company immediately after the disbursement of such loan and after each interest rate review date if applicable.

  • The Master Profile Primary Customer must verify the correctness of each Portfolio Statement and the Primary Customer for a Sub-Profile must verify the correctness of each Customer Advice.

  • The Bank’s obligation to send any Portfolio Statement or Customer Advice shall be fully discharged by the Bank sending the same to the relevant Primary Customer.

Related to Customer Advice

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
