Customer Activity definition

Customer Activity means a customer initiated transaction on their account, such as a transfer, deposit or withdrawal. An account is designated as inactive if there is no Customer Activity on the account for a period of one year;

Pre-Authorized Debit(s) means: automatic transfers for bill payments/ debits from a Personal Account, authorized by you and arranged to take place at a specified time(s). Self-serve includes: a) debit transactions by cheque, b) debit transaction (excluding ABM paper bill payments) or account history inquiry using electronic means of account access only, including Instabank machines, and other permitted automated banking machines, debit card purchases, online or telephone banking (other than those assisted by a Customer Contact Agent) preauthorized bill payments/debits, and similar electronic channels which we enable you to use.
