  • Any modifications to the Website requested by Customer (the "Deliverables") shall be subject to acceptance testing by Customer ("Acceptance Testing") to verify that the Deliverables satisfy the acceptance criteria mutually agreed upon by the parties ("Acceptance Criteria").
