Custom Request definition

Custom Request means any public records request for information other than what is contained in the list of Standard Documents as specified in the ITS Public Records Request Procedures Attachment to this document.

Custom Request means optional supported operating systems, applications, custom designed analytics and formatted reports configured for the General Users and/or Administrative Users, and custom work excluded in the original scope of the Project as described in Section C of Schedule A, as and when requested by the Legislative Assembly;

Examples of Custom Request in a sentence

  • Subject to an agreement on terms and prices as contemplated in the next sentence, WCI will use, and will cause each of its Affiliates to use, its reasonable best efforts to accommodate any reasonable request by Publisher to develop Custom Request Work.

  • Any such Custom Request Work shall be provided on such terms and at such prices (each, a “Developmental Charge”) as may be mutually agreed by the parties.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
