Custom Index definition

Custom Index means the BNP Paribas Global Green Excess Return Index;

Examples of Custom Index in a sentence

  • FTP hereby grants Sub-Licensees a non-exclusive and non-transferable sublicense to use Custom Indices and Marks in connection with the issuance, distribution, marketing and/or promotion of the Products, as included on Custom Index Order Schedule Number 1 (including all exhibits thereto).

  • The TSR and CAGR of the Company and the Peer Companies for the Performance Period shall be calculated in accordance with the methodology utilized by S&P with respect to the Custom Index.

  • The Custom Index will be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, and will also be rebalanced whenever there are additions and deletions to the S&P SmallCap 600 and the S&P MidCap 400 indices.

  • The Company has contracted with S&P to maintain and calculate the Custom Index.

  • The final multiplier (the “Final Multiplier”) shall be determined by the Committee after the completion of the Performance Period based on the two variables that comprise the Performance Criteria, related to (i) the Company’s TSR and CAGR for the Performance Period, and (ii) the Peer Companies’ TSR and CAGR for the Performance Period as reflected in the Custom Index.

  • The Custom Index will be equally weighted, and will be adjusted to include the dividend payments of the constituents of the Custom Index.

Related to Custom Index

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • RPIX Index shall have the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.4 of Schedule 3 (Charging Structure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • CPI Index is defined in Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement.

  • CMT Index Not applicable.

  • Case-mix index means an arithmetical index measuring the relative average costliness of outpatient cases treated in a hospital, compared to the statewide average.
