Paymentus will take commercially reasonable steps to deliver the Custom Implementation in accordance with the timeline provided for in the Statement of Work.
The Custom Implementation work product (“Work Product”) created by Paymentus under the terms of this Schedule C and Schedule D shall not be considered as “Work for Hire”, and Paymentus shall own all Work Product.
