Examples of Custom Engineering Services in a sentence

  • All disputes which may arise with respect to any matter related to any Custom Engineering Services shall, to the extent possible, be resolved by the project managers for each Party, as soon as practicable and in any event within 10 Business Days of when it arises.

  • Surgi-Vision shall engage Cedara in various Custom Engineering Services Projects throughout the Term.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the applicable SOW, Cedara shall invoice Surgi-Vision on a monthly basis for Custom Engineering Services.

  • Surgi-Vision shall also reimburse Cedara for all pre-approved travel and living expenses incurred by Cedara that are necessary to enable Cedara to perform the Custom Engineering Services.

  • Ownership in any product or technology derived from such Custom Engineering Services shall be in and to Creative.

  • Creative will pay a total of * dollars (US$ * ) for such Joint Development Projects and Custom Engineering Services (the "PROJECTS"), solely in the event and to the extent that the parties are able to reach agreement on the terms and conditions of such Projects, and Licensor agrees to provide * of NRE services for such Projects under terms and conditions to be negotiated in good faith by the parties during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Licensor agrees to provide NRE services as determined by Creative and subject to Licensor's review, which review shall result, within ten (10) business days of Licensor's receipt of a written request from Creative for such Custom Engineering Services, in a written indication by Licensor, that Licensor either (i) accepts the request for services; or (ii) rejects the request due to lack of resources, which may include time and/or manpower.

Related to Custom Engineering Services

  • Engineering Services means infrastructure for –

  • external engineering service means an engineering service outside the boundaries of a land area referred to in an application and that is necessary for the utilisation and development of the land;

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.
