Custom assembly definition

Custom assembly means the on-site production of goods by hand manufacturing that generally involves only the use of hand tools. Incidental direct sale to consumers of the goods produced on-site is permitted.

  • Supplier System the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including any software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Commissioner System);

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, such as transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor's Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc…as the case may require.

  • Installer means an employee engaged in the fitting, fixing and installing of blinds of all types including venetian blinds, and awnings,
