In no event shall the Collateral Agent, the Securities Intermediary, the Custodial Agent or the Securities Registrar be liable for any amount in excess of the Value of the Collateral and the Custody Notes.
The Custodial Agent shall continue to hold such Notes as Custody Notes pursuant to Article IV.
