Custody Facility definition

Custody Facility or "Custody Facilities" means a detention facility or facilities used for the detention of persons pending arraignment during trial and upon a sentence of commitment. This also includes Patrol Station Jails (local detention facilities), Court Services Lock-ups (Court holding facilities), and any other location used for detention of persons in the custody of the Department.
Custody Facility or "Custody Facilities" means any or all, as the case may be, of the Department's custody or other facilities set forth on Attachment B.3 (Custody Facilities) of Exhibit B (Statement of Work).

Examples of Custody Facility in a sentence

  • County shall ensure that the reformation plan or case plan accompanies the youth from the County at the time of commitment to OYA for community placement or placement in a Close Custody Facility.

  • Diversion Target Population are youths 12 to 18 years of age who have been adjudicated for a Class A Misdemeanor or more serious act of delinquency and who have been identified to be at risk of commitment to OYA Close Custody Facility.

  • Contractor’s staff, while on duty or when entering a Custody Facility or its grounds, will prominently display the photo identification badge on the upper part of the body.

  • However, these Essential Tools must be in compliance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work) of Appendix A (Sample Contract), Attachment E.4 (Security of Personal Property), and the County has final authority to determine what Essential Tools are allowed within a Custody Facility.

  • Entry Application for Custody Facility Form used by the Sheriff’s Department for initial security screening of individuals requesting access to the Sheriff’s Department Custody and Detention Facilities and the Probation Departments Detention and Camp Facilities.

  • A Department sworn employee, usually at the rank of Captain, who has the ultimate responsibility for all activities at a specific Custody Facility.

  • On March 13, 2014, the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) granted the County of Napa a conditional award of up to $13,474,000 for the Staff Secure (Minimum Custody) Facility and indicated the County could begin working on the necessary approval process.

  • A “full-time employee” is one who is normally scheduled to work thirty-five (35) hours or forty (40) hours per week at Secure Custody Facility.

  • On October 15, 2013 the Board adopted a resolution authorizing the submittal of an SB 1022 application for the Napa County Department of Corrections Staff Secure (Minimum Custody) Facility in the amount of $14,985,000, satisfying various preference criteria and authorizing execution of the necessary application documents by the Director of Corrections.
