Custody Agreement The Custody Agreement or Agreements identified in the Trust Agreement.
Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.
information document means the document set out in Annex I or Annex III, or in the corresponding Annex to a separate directive, or regulation, that prescribes the information to be supplied by an applicant, it being permissible to supply the information document in the form of an electronic file;
Transfer Document means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.
T E Document means Tender Enquiry Document
RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document
Transaction Document means any agreement, document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Tender Document means the Document provided by a Purchaser to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of its Tender;
L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).
Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Document or “Documentation” means documentation in printed or written form, or in tapes, discs, drawings, computer programmes, writings, reports, photographs, films, cassettes, or expressed in any other written, electronic, audio or visual form;
Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.
Non-Custody Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Obligation Documents means this Guaranty, the Note, the Credit Agreement, the Loan Documents, all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other documents, instruments, agreements, certificates, legal opinions and other writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
Order Document means any official Purchaser document and attachments thereto specifying the Software to be purchased from the Vendor under this Contract.
Settlement Document shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.
Seller Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Operative Document means each of the Participation Agreement, the Trust Indenture, the Trust Indenture Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Secured Certificates, the Purchase Agreement (insofar as it relates to the Aircraft), the Consent and Agreement and the Guarantee.
Backup Servicing Agreement means the Backup Servicing Agreement dated as of the Closing Date, among the Backup Servicer, Credit Acceptance, the Seller, the Issuer and the Trust Collateral Agent.
Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.
