GWCCACustodian definition
GWCCACustodian means [GWCCACUSTODIAN] and any successor thereto. “Hotel Motel Tax” means the seven percent tax upon the furnishing of public accommodations in the City authorized and levied pursuant to the terms of Section 48-13- 51(a)(5) of the Hotel Motel Tax Statute.
