Custodian Services means the custodian services in relation to the Reserves which are provided by the Custodian to the Transferor pursuant to the Custody Agreement;

• Notice shall be addressed (a) if to PNC Bank at PNC Bank's address, Airport Business Center, International Court 2, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19113, marked for the attention of the Custodian Services Department (or its successor) (b) if to the Fund, at the address of the Fund; or (c) if to neither of the foregoing, at such other address as shall have been notified to the sender of any such Notice or other communication.

• As between PFPC Trust and Strategic Partners Mutual Funds, Inc., this Agreement shall supersede and replace the Custodian Services Agreement between Strategic Partners Mutual Funds, Inc.

• The parties, if executing this Exhibit by Electronic Signature, affirm authorization to execute this Exhibit by Electronic Signature and that the Electronic Signature represents an intent to enter into this Exhibit A to the Custodian Services Agreement with its terms.

• Zero Hash may instruct the Depository Institution, as identified below in Description of Fiat Currency Custodian Services, to convert any Initial Margin currency into additional currencies different from the Settlement Currency for a particular Contract.

• Other financial services included in this tender are the Bank-Listed Beneficiary/Electronic Validation Services, Lead Arranger, Debt Sponsor and Custodian Services.
